By using RankPilot AI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Account

You must be 16 or older. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials safe. One person per account; sharing is not permitted on Starter plan.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't generate content that violates laws or third-party rights (defamation, IP infringement, hate speech, sexually explicit content involving minors, etc.).
• Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don't use {COMPANY} to spam, deceive search engines via cloaking, or build doorway / parasite SEO at scale.
• Don't forward webhooks to amplify abuse on third-party platforms.

3. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing every blog post, audit recommendation, fix-kit patch, outreach email and broadcast before publishing or sending. We don't guarantee SEO results, ranking improvements, or brand mentions in AI search.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter / Pro / Agency) renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of charge unless required by law.

5. Third-party services

Connecting Telegram, Discord, generic webhooks, WordPress (when available), or any other third party is your decision and subject to those services' terms. We aren't responsible for outages or content moderation by third parties.

5a. Google services (Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads)

If you connect your Google account, you authorize RankPilot AI to access Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and/or Google Ads data via the official Google APIs and OAuth 2.0. Specifically for Google Ads, you authorize RankPilot AI to read campaign performance and — only when you click the explicit "Push campaign live" action — to create campaigns, ad groups, Responsive Search Ads (RSAs), keywords and negative keyword lists in your own Google Ads account. You remain responsible for the content of any ad copy you publish through RankPilot AI and for compliance with Google Ads policies (support.google.com/adspolicy). You can revoke our access at any time via Google Account settings or from the in-app Integrations page; revocation immediately stops all further API calls on your behalf. Our use of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

6. Intellectual property

You own the content you generate. We retain rights to the RankPilot AI platform, branding, and aggregated/anonymized usage stats. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service.

7. Confidentiality of credentials

API tokens, webhook URLs and OAuth credentials you store are masked in our API responses and never displayed in full in the UI. You're responsible for the secrecy of credentials you paste.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime via Account → Danger zone. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. After termination, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankPilot AI is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
